And another one bites the dust...

Can you see it?
Yep, Kennedy just became an official member of the
"I've Lost a Baby Tooth" society.
And not because she fell on a stool in the bathroom.
Or because her mother forced it out.
But all on her own.
(with maybe just a squeeze of help from her madre... ;)

Kennedy's "before"
(I love how kids always let the tooth get to the point of "dangling")

Kennedy's "after"

And just to show how well she knows us,
she told me today,
"I'm so excited for the Tooth Fairy to come tonight.
Well, that is if she comes tonight, because you know sometimes she gets busy..."

Yes, we do know Kennedy, that the Tooth Fairy can be a little flaky.
Or couldn't get in because a window wasn't left open.
Or likes to wait so she can give something bigger for a lot of teeth...
Or, or...  ;)

But, just to make sure Kennedy was feeling the love,
Gwen, the Tooth Fairy Helper, made sure she was covered with this...

(And please forgive the spelling.  Apparently fairies don't use spell check ;)

And what about Tito?
Oh he was probably just playing another round of "Colored Blocks and Army Men".

You know the game, when you build towers of colored blocks and army men,
then knock them down in violent waves.

Such a clever title... ;)

Ahh the life of a parent.
Pure bliss. :)

I love that the CA Tooth Fairy sometimes forgets...our Tooth Fairy forgets, too. Jacob charged her late fees one time! :) I JUMPED out of bed at midnight last week b/c I had forgotten to make sure that the T.F. did it's job! Oh the pressure...but it's so worth it to see happy little toothless smiles in the morning when they seem what's under their pillow. :)

By the way, it was so fun seeing you this summer, even if just briefly.... thanks for the comment on the blog, even when I don't comment, be assured I'm stalking your blog and others (when I should be grading....)
I liked your input last time about the small world thing, I'm sensing that myself these days, you never know if the annoying lady at gymnastics may end up teaching your kid someday, so you're right... be nice!

Nice, Gwen. You know mom/T.F all too well :)

And, after glancing at that cute Chuck E Cheese pic on FB, it is clear that those G kids sure know how to do what it takes to get the job done :) Go Garates!!
